This feature is in American-V Issue 4 , currently on sale through the specialist dealer network, or through the American-V on-line shop.

You could wait for us to update the site, which we should have done when issue 5 came out, but the magazine is much easier to read. It is also relatively inexpensive compared to the cost of downloading the entire contents on a modem, or the print costs if you decide to print out the web pages to read at your leisure.

It is cheaper, even, than the fuel costs of picking up a single bike from Harley-Davidson's test fleet garage - even if you are in Australia and have to pick up a percentage of the costs of international postage - and that's before we put another five hundred to a thousand miles getting beyond the honeymoon period, so we can make a valid assessment ... or in some cases so that it's run in enough to enjoy the return journey.

It'll cost you a fiver*, but it could save you a fortune.

In all seriousness, the content may be the same, but there is a world of difference between the presentation of the website and the magazine - try one.

* plus postage outside the UK - the cost of which is discounted by the cost of UK postage
